About the Event
We have all experienced transitions -- of jobs, relationships, roles (parenting or empty nesting) or moving, health and aging. In this workshop, we will use creativity (writing, talking and painting) to help us more clearly see and hear what our inner selves are trying to tell us. Join us for a safe, gentle and creative experience as we move through our transitions.
Past participants say:
--- "Comfortable for all ages of adults. Guy-friendly. Useful and fun!"
--- "Sufficient time and depth to get me thinking and to motivate me to move on
into a positive direction - thanks!"
--- "Excellent experience. This activity is perfect for grief support, hospice,
chemical dependency, the unemployed-- the possibilities are endless."
--- "Exceeded my expectations."
Cost is $79 per person, which includes the 6 hour workshop, lunch and all materials.
If you register with a friend, each person gets $10 off.
Artistic talent is not needed. Only curiosity is a must!
This is not about creating something to display. It is about creating something uniquely yours that may give you insight into your loss and how to let go and move on.

The workshop is guided by Linda Burandt, intuitive artist and Barb Bickford, facilitator. Although we are not therapists, we have both lived through significant transitions and are willing to walk with you for a time as you walk through yours.
You will learn from the courage and insight of other participants and -- most importantly -- yourself.
